By subscribing to our Service, you authorize DMCA Suite to charge you the subscription fee and any applicable taxes at the beginning of your subscription term and on an ongoing monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, unless you cancel your subscription. All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. You must provide a valid payment method at the time of subscription, and you are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service. Prices and payment terms are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
Your subscription to the Service will automatically renew on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, depending on your chosen subscription plan, unless you cancel it. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate your subscription or your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you. If we terminate your subscription without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees on a prorated basis.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from the DMCA Suite website without the prior written consent of DMCA Suite.
DMCA Suite provides a comprehensive self-managed DMCA management service to help you effectively send, respond to, manage, and track DMCA takedown notices. This includes the tools and resources necessary to handle the entire process of issuing and responding to DMCA notices, managing communications with platforms, and tracking the status of your DMCA requests over time.
User Responsibilities:
Monitoring Content.
You are responsible for monitoring your online content and identifying any instances of copyright infringement.
Providing Accurate Information.
You must provide accurate and complete information when sending DMCA takedown requests, responding to notices, and managing your DMCA-related activities through our Service.
Compliance with Laws.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding copyright and intellectual property rights.
No Abuse.
You agree not to misuse or abuse the Service, including but not limited to using the Service to submit false or fraudulent DMCA takedown notices, or to harass, intimidate, or unlawfully remove content from others.
No Unauthorized Access or Use.
You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or scrape any of the software or code associated with the Service. Any such actions are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access to the Service and potential legal action.
